Description: This property underwent a complete renovation, where only the original frame walls were preserved. Everything else was fully redone.
The home was lifted and placed on a brand-new foundation. A finished basement was added, featuring a TV room, laundry area, and a full bathroom.
We installed new hardwood floors throughout, updated all electrical and plumbing systems, and replaced all windows and doors. Interior walls were reconfigured to create a better layout, along with brand-new bathrooms and a modern kitchen.
A loft space was also created, offering beautiful water views.
Outside, the renovation included a new patio and a bluestone front entrance, completing the transformation of this home inside and out.
